There are many challenges we face throughout life and I aim to create a safe, supportive space to process and find solutions for them together. When working with adults, I take an integrated approach drawing from my training in Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and relational approaches. I also incorporate methods from Acceptance and Commitment therapy and mindfulness when working with individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues.
I also work with those who are experiencing difficulties with relationships. I am a Gottman Certified couples therapist and also have additional training in sexual topics. I aim to help couples strengthen their relationships and achieve long lasting changes.
I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the American Psychological Association (APA) accredited American School of Professional Psychology, Northern Virginia. My doctoral dissertation investigated effective treatment for anxiety disorders.
I acquired my master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the same program. I have a bachelor’s of arts degree in psychology and a bachelor’s of fine arts degree from Arizona State University.
